Terms of Service

By requesting access to or using x|a media vault, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not access or use the platform.

Access is controlled through authentication, authorized onboarding, and workspace membership. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity performed through your account. Roles determine what each member can view and manage, and you may not attempt to access data or functions outside your granted permissions.

As between you and x|a media vault, you retain ownership of the masters, alternates, stems, artwork, documents, metadata, and other materials you upload. You grant the platform a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as reasonably necessary to provide the features you or your authorized workspace members enable.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, manage, and share content in your workspace. Secure links, streaming submissions, and shared assets may contain confidential or unreleased material. You agree not to distribute content you are not authorized to share or to use the platform to infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights.

You may not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, probe or bypass security, circumvent tenant isolation, introduce malicious code, scrape restricted information, impersonate another person, or use the service for unlawful activity. Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary to protect users, confidential media, or platform integrity.

We work to keep the platform secure and available, but features may change and uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. You remain responsible for maintaining source copies of important media and documents.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, x|a media vault and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the platform. Any limitation that cannot lawfully apply will be limited to the greatest extent allowed by law.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves and will revise the date above when material changes are published. Access may be suspended or terminated for a violation of these terms, a security risk, nonpayment where applicable, or a legal requirement. You may stop using the platform and request account or data action as described in the Privacy Policy.
